I am a healthcare IT consultant turned digital health entrepreneur who loves solving the complex problems.
My name is Diana Massey. I currently call North Carolina home but have lived in Florida, Atlanta, DC, Chicago and New York. I got my BS in Biology from Duke University where I became a lifelong Cameron Crazie. I spent 8 years as a business consultant advising Health Insurance companies on system implementations, operating model redesigns, and responding to the ACA-inspired ever changing healthcare regulations.
Ready for a change, I took a leap of faith, left the corporate world and entered the world of digital health startups. I have been a co-founder and COO, which in a 2-5 person startup means I do a little bit of everything from product design, leading an offshore dev team, sales, marketing, and business development. I am a believer in Lean Startup Methodology and I believe if you're not using it for your business, even a large one, then you're probably doing it wrong. I am a driver and know how to execute ideas, implement plans, and motivate teams.
